5. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Mazha Bappa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • An unboxing video (recommended)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in handmade products

Refunds will only be issued where a replacement cannot be provided or in cases where the order cannot be fulfilled due to our error.
