As each Shadu Clay Ganpati is handmade and packed with care, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental orders. 

You can schedule for a replacement

Refunds will only be processed if:

• A replacement cannot be arranged, or
• The order cannot be delivered due to our error.
